What are the different types of material used for manufacturing?
At UPKAR, We use different types of metals and alloys for manufacturing of different products. Main component being cast iron the body of the valves is available in brass, MS and SS. The pipe fitting products are available in cast iron and galvanized iron.
What are testing techniques used at UPKAR for testing the products?
Quality being our moto, we test all the valves with pressure testing techniques at 300 LBS. UPKAR pressure tested valves can withstand 570 psi at a temperature of 600˚ F.
